Booking Terms
- We require a £10 booking fee per booking to secure your date and equipment. NO booking is secured until you have received confirmation that we received your booking fee- NO EXCEPTIONS. The booking fee can be paid by paypal or bank transfer and the £10 is subtracted from your final balance. The booking fee is non refundable but can on occasion be moved to a different date at our discretion.
- The remaining balance MUST be paid in full on the day BEFORE we set up. Payment is to be made in cash to the delivery driver. You can pay prior to your party but we can only accept bank transfer for payments in full and payment must be received and cleared by 24 hours before your party.
- Cancellations within 21 days of the party will be charged 50% of their total order value. Cancellations within 7 days will be charged 100% of their total order. If you book then you are agreeing to these terms and therefore are liable for the above costs.
- It is the hirers responsibility to check the space required, all our sizes are on the item descriptions. If the equipment does not fit you will still be charged in full.
- We take safety very serious and reserve the right to cancel a hire at any time if it is for safety reasons, if it is too close to a wall for example.
- The weather is a large factor in whether our hires go ahead and we follow strict safety rules. You will receive a full refund in the event of us having to cancel in bad weather. We don't allow cancellations due to light rain showers, We explain the safety procedures for that instance when we drop off the equipment.
Conditions of hire
- All equipment is to be supervised at all times by a responsible adult. JPS inflatables accept no liability for any damage, accidents or injury that may happen whilst the equipment is in your care.
- Equipment must not be moved fro where our trained staff place it. The hirer is NOT permitted to deflate or dismantle any equipment.
- Do not allow anyone with medical conditions which may put them at risk to use the equipment.
- No food or drink to be on or near any of our equipment. No glass or bottles to be near any of our equipment. Strictly no alcohol or drug use on or near any of our equipment.
- All equipment is to be kept in the same clean, dry condition that it was delivered. If it is not in the same condition then you will be liable for a cleaning charge, a professional cleaning charge or even for a replacement item depending on the condition.
- Shoes must be removed by everyone including adults who are walking in the softplay with their children. Socks must be worn at all times for hygiene reasons. You will be told an age limit for each item. Adults are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from going on childrens items. Any damage WILL be billed and pursued for any costs related.
- STRICTLY NO FACEPAINTS. We have had some equipment stained in the past by some facepaints. We keep our equipment in top condition and as such we don't allow facepaints. We also prohibit party poppers, streamers and silly string for the same reasons.
- Always ensure no over crowding occurs, limit numbers going by age and size.
- No smoking or BBQS near the inflatables.
- It is your responsibility to keep all equipment safe, you will be responsible for any theft or damage on any of our equipment. only JPS staff are authorised to collect any equipment. Under no circumstances should any equipment be handed over to anyone else. If unsure then please call 07540432113 and we can confirm the collection.
- The front step is only to aid getting on and off the equipment. Under no circumstances should anyone be bouncing on the step.
- Everyone using the equipment do so at their own risk and we take no responsibility for any damage or injury throughout the hire.
By booking you are agreeing to abide by all of our terms and conditions.
Delivery Policy
The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose this area. We may be able to deliver outside the areas available on our website. If you are outside of the areas shown on our website, please contact us to see if we can help you out.
If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.
Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
